Henry Soles, one of the founders of AALR and its first President, the late Mrs. Olivia Garth, AALR Secretary and later Vice President, as well as Dr. Henry L. Allen, the visionary another founder and the visionary who proposed this organization. We honor their dedicated service and contribution to the growth and expansion of the organization.
